Yes. Both qualities use the same balance. Choose the quality before each generation; the cost is shown on the create button.
Purchased credits stay in your account until you use them. Switching devices does not reset your account balance.
A confirmed failed generation returns its spent credits automatically. This restores your credit balance; it is not a cash refund.
Length depends on the selected effect and is shown in the studio. Buying a larger pack adds credits, not seconds to an individual video.
The creator shows which modes are available. Free generated previews are not included. Check the displayed credit cost before submitting.
