Privacy policy
AI Rap Video is operated by an independent developer. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse the website, manage an account, contact support or use available generation features.
Photo previews and real submissions
Selecting a photo creates a temporary preview in the current browser tab and does not upload it by itself. When you submit real generation, the photos pass through our server to KIE for temporary hosting and model processing under its rules. Concept images and the fixed local flower sample are not generated from your photos.
Song choices and generation settings
Original Rap sends your description, language, style, performer choices and optional portraits to KIE for Seedance processing. Templates send their fixed references with your portraits. Neon stores the submitted settings and model input snapshot for recovery and verification. Analytics does not receive private descriptions, lyrics, photos or asset URLs.
Text safety processing
Before a new generation request proceeds, its composed text prompt is sent to Waffo Prompt Sift for content screening. This includes your creative description and the service instructions, but not your photo files or media URLs. Waffo processes this text under its own data practices. This is separate from payment processing and does not enable purchases.
Payments
When you buy credits, checkout opens on Waffo, which acts as the merchant of record and processes your payment details, billing information and applicable taxes under its own terms. We keep the order and payment references, the pack, the paid amount and the payment status needed to add credits and handle refunds; we do not receive your full card number.
Browser storage
Your cookie choice is saved in this browser. Where the separate local demo is enabled, its settings, task history and demo credits are also stored here and may be visible to people sharing the browser profile. Resetting demo history or clearing browser storage does not delete server-side account data or real generation tasks.
Accounts and sign-in
Clerk processes account details, authentication and session data. Google and Clerk process the information needed when you choose Google sign-in. Neon stores account identifiers, credit transactions, task status and asset URL metadata for the service. This server-side data is separate from local demo history. Registration gives 0 real credits and does not open purchases.
Generated videos and access
New template and Original Rap videos become playable only after they are saved to private Cloudflare R2. New template tasks preserve Wan-generated audio without replacing it with the reference recording. Original Rap preserves its generated vocals and music. Older tasks keep their original delivery settings. Playback checks account ownership before issuing a short-lived signed link. An expired signed link does not delete the stored video.
Hosting and optional analytics
Cloudflare hosts this website and handles network requests needed to deliver it. If optional analytics are enabled, Umami loads only after your consent and receives page visits and selected interaction events. Those events do not include your photo files, email address or account ID. You can decline optional analytics.
Support messages
If you email support@rapvideoai.video, we receive your email address and the information you send so we can address your request. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full payment card details or sensitive photos.
Content reports and manual review
Content reports sent to support@rapvideoai.video may include your contact information, the reported page or task reference and the reason for the report. The operator uses only information needed to locate the content, investigate, apply protective or enforcement measures and communicate the result. Relevant account, task and storage records may be reviewed for this purpose. Reporter details are not made public. We may retain limited report and decision records for handling appeals, preventing abuse and legal obligations. Do not email intimate images or suspected child sexual abuse material.
Privacy requests and retention
We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period for account data, task metadata or archived videos. KIE's temporary hosting and authentication providers follow their own retention rules. Local demo data remains until reset or browser storage is cleared. Contact support@rapvideoai.video for access, correction or deletion requests; clearing your browser does not erase server or provider data or support emails.
