Usage terms
These terms govern access to and use of AI Rap Video, operated by an independent developer. They cover service use, account credits, content permissions, prohibited conduct, reporting and enforcement.
About the service
AI Rap Video provides online tools for creating short AI rap videos. Choose an available performance template or describe an original rap, with optional adult portraits where supported. Available modes, video lengths, formats, quality settings and credit costs are shown in the creator. You must hold the necessary rights to your inputs and review generated content before sharing it.
Your photos and permissions
Only use photos of yourself or adults who have explicitly authorized this use. You must have permission to use the images and the likenesses shown. Do not use photos of minors. You must also hold the necessary rights for any music, lyrics or reference material you use with the service.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use the service for pornography or sexual exploitation, graphic violence or gore, hateful content, any sexual or unsafe content involving children, deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, harassment, fraud, or infringement of copyright, privacy or likeness rights. Do not evade security controls or abuse the website.
Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
Generating, uploading, requesting, storing, sharing or distributing intimate or sexualized content of any person without that person's explicit consent is prohibited. This includes real or AI-generated intimate images, fabricated nudity, sexualized edits, synthetic intimate scenes and threats to create or share such content. Permission to use an ordinary portrait is not consent to an intimate or sexualized depiction. These prohibitions apply even when content is described as a joke, private experiment or fictional edit.
Prompt screening before generation
Before uploading portraits for a new request or creating a generation task, the server sends the composed text prompt to Waffo Prompt Sift with semantic enforcement. Only an explicit approval allows that operation to proceed. Blocked requests, requests needing review and unavailable checks do not create a task or spend generation credits. A review response does not automatically schedule generation; you must submit again. This checks text only and does not review photo or video content.
Content review and human moderation
The service uses report-triggered manual review by its independent operator. Reports and suspected misuse identified through support are checked against these rules. The operator locates the relevant account or task, reviews available service records and only the material necessary to assess the report, checks consent or rights where relevant, decides on protective measures, and records the decision. This is a reactive review process, not a claim that every upload or output is automatically or manually approved before delivery. Provider safety restrictions are supplementary and do not establish identity, consent or lawful use.
Report content or misuse
Send content and safety reports to support@rapvideoai.video with the subject "AUP report". You do not need an account to report. Include the page address or task ID if known, a short description of the concern, and a way to contact you. Identify NCII or child-safety concerns in the subject so they can be prioritized. Do not attach intimate images or suspected child sexual abuse material; provide the location and minimum information needed instead. We may request limited additional information to locate the content or assess the report. Reporter information is used for investigation and follow-up and is shared only as needed to address the report or meet legal obligations.
Report response and handling times
The operator provides an initial human response within 24 hours of receiving a report and handles ordinary reports within 7 calendar days. Suspected NCII and child-safety reports receive priority and protective access restrictions where the content can be identified. Within 48 hours of receiving enough information to locate the reported content, we remove confirmed violating content under our control or provide a progress update explaining verification still needed and protective measures taken. If a complex case needs longer, we explain the reason and the next update point to the reporter. These are manual handling commitments, not an automatic approval or deletion system.
Protective and enforcement actions
Depending on the evidence and severity, the operator may issue a warning, require removal or correction, stop access to affected content or features during review, remove violating content from storage under our control, suspend or permanently ban an account through our authentication provider, and refer suspected illegal activity to the relevant provider or authorities where required. We may request removal of provider-hosted copies; we cannot promise deletion of copies already downloaded or controlled by other parties. An allegation alone does not automatically forfeit all purchased credits. Account restrictions and any credit or refund decisions are handled separately, with the reason recorded and applicable consumer rights preserved.
Reconsideration of a moderation decision
If you believe a moderation decision is mistaken, contact support@rapvideoai.video with the task or account reference, the decision you dispute and any new supporting information. The operator will reconsider the evidence and explain whether the decision is maintained or changed. Protective restrictions may remain in place while the review is pending. Do not resend prohibited material as part of an appeal.
Purchases, delivery and refunds
Credit packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. Pack prices and credit quantities are displayed before checkout; each generation shows its credit cost before submission. Payment is processed by Waffo as the merchant of record, which handles checkout, applicable taxes and payment records; credits are added after the payment is verified. A confirmed failed task returns the credits actually spent once. Pending or unresolved requests may need more time to settle. Promotional credits have no cash value. Returning credits is not a cash refund; contact support@rapvideoai.video about payment or refund questions, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Availability and changes
Service features may change or be temporarily unavailable. Completion time, exact lyrics, audio quality, face likeness and lip sync are not guaranteed. Illustrations, concept artwork and sample content are references, not guarantees of an individual result. Review every result before sharing it. We will update these terms when material service conditions change.
